
MOTIVATION ACCOUNTABILITY FITNESS
At Tiva, we are dedicated to keeping you active, motivated and accountable to your fitness goals. Tiva was created for the person that wants to be active and healthy but cannot seem to make it a priority because life gets in the way. Sometimes, we need a little external motivation to stick to our goals… Let us explain how Tiva can help.


1. Wearable Device
Use a wearable device to monitor your heart rate. This is how we know if you worked out and keep you accountable.
Currently, Tiva seamlessly integrates with some of the most popular wearable devices in the market:
Apple Watch:With its comprehensive tracking features and intuitive interface, the Apple Watch is a perfect companion for those who like to combine tech with fitness.
Fitbit:Known for its long-lasting battery and extensive activity monitoring, Fitbit keeps you informed and motivated as you track your progress.
WHOOP:For the performance-focused athletes, WHOOP offers in-depth insights into your training, recovery, and sleep.
We are always working on adding new devices to integrate with and would love to hear from you on which ones we should work on next!

2. Custom Classes
You set the rules by choosing the following:
1. Date of your workout: pick the date you want to commit to working out
2. Time of your workout: if your schedule is erratic and you can’t commit to a specific time during the day—choose “anytime”
3. Duration of your workout: Is your goal to workout for 20 minutes? An hour?
4. Accountability Cost: How much motivation do you need to commit to working out at the date time and for the duration you chose? Choose your Accountability Cost and only pay it if you do NOT work out when indicated.
Schedule an individual class or sign up for a 10 Day Challenge or Thirty Day Challenge. A challenge he is the same concept as scheduling a Tiva Class, but you commit to working out for 10 or 30 days in a row.

3. Seize the Day with TIVA
Whether it's a sunrise jog, midday HIIT workout, Saturday slow-flow yoga or afternoon walk— you choose your activity and make it your own during the date and time you chose.
When you go to bed do you have every intention of waking up and working out before work? But does you bed feel just a little too comfy to get out of bed when the alarm clock goes off? Or every Sunday do you have the goal to workout after work that week but you never can find the time when the week actually gets here? Sometimes we need some external motivation to keep us accountable to goals that we want. The goal of Tiva is to keep our future selves accountable.
To use Tiva you must pay for either for a monthly membership ($10) or yearly membership ($60).
Tiva keeps you accountable to your own choice of activity (we do not offer specific workouts within the class).
You must own/purchase one of the wearable devices listed above. Membership does not include a wearable device. We are working on integrating new devices regularly. Let us know what you want to see next!
